I went in 2 weeks ago to get the powder removed and just a shellac, she left the nails and added shellac now I have nails breaking putting me back to square 1 with my nail growth

They did a terrible job my whole “manicure “took 10 mins polish and all You can still see my other colour before I went there underneath my nail polish. Also, she left my nails all raggedy, and when I told asked her if that was acceptable and that I wanted her to fix them, she started talking in her language to the other worker in there like I care I’m paying you fix my nails that’s unacceptable and then at the end he said to me or we’re fast day. No, you didn’t do your job properly. I will never be back needless to say that the nail salon inside the Walmart was dead obviously other people have already had these terrible services If I could give zero stars I would of

The 2 stars are just for the pedicure. I’ve been going to Regal Nails for pedicures regularly and always had a great experience — the guy who does the pedicures is amazing, very thorough and professional. However, this was my first time trying a manicure here instead of going to my usual place, and it was a big mistake. The staff member who did my manicure was quite rude and not welcoming at all. The service felt rushed, and there was little attention to detail. It’s only been 2 days, and the condition of my nails already speaks for itself (see photos). Definitely not the quality I expected. I’ll continue coming here for pedicures, but I wouldn’t recommend their manicure service based on my experience. Come on girl, show some respect and compassion for the job. Your overall attitude was insulting.

I’ve been a regular client of Coolio, and I can honestly say he is one of the most professional, respectful, and kind service providers I’ve met. His nail, pedicure, and massage services are always done with great care and attention to detail. He creates a comfortable and welcoming environment, and his work is consistently high quality. I’ve recommended him to many people because I truly trust his professionalism and skills. Highly recommended.

Great, clean atmosphere with friendly and kind staff. I had acrylics and a pedicure done, and everything turned out beautifully. Great prices as well.
